Alan Nabb, Lt Col, USAF (Ret) along with Navy and Army Recruiters worked the check-in desk at the first annual Our Community Salutes - NWA on 7 April 2025.  They were the first along with 450 registered attendees to welcome and say thank you to 81 new enlisted members representing the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps.  The entire MOAA Ozark Regional Chapter wishes each new enlistee only the best as they start their military service journey!
Alan Nabb, Lt Col, USAF (Retired) received the Arkansas Education Association (AEA) Outstanding Citizen Award for 2024 at the Annual AEA Convention held in Hot Springs, Arkansas, November 2024.  In the left photo, Alan is receiving the award from the current AEA President, Ms. April Reisma, and in the right photo, Alan is making his acceptance remarks during the convention.

Lt Col (Ret AF) Alan Nabb and his wife, Rita, take a break from bagging rice.  Alan & Rita volunteered the most at the Rogers Food Bank of all Chapter members in 2024.
On 7 December 2024, five Ozark Regional Chapter Members volunteered at the Feeding America NWA Rogers Food Bank.
Col (Ret AF) Tom Baker and his wife, Ann, helped to bag rice for 1,200 meals for families with food insecurity in NWA.

On 19 November 2024, Chapter Members socialized at Top Golf in Rogers, AR.  All enjoyed the camaraderie along with the food, drink and fun.  Chapter President, Lt Col Andy Seal, presented Lt Col (Retired) Alan Nabb and his wife, Rita, with a MOAA Certificate of Appreciation for their dedication to the Chapter’s U.S. Flag Education Program, financial accountability and community outreach.
